Return Policy

Delighting you is our #1 priority. We stand behind everything we do and guarantee that your confections will leave our kitchen and facility in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality or freshness of our confections upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and photographs detailing the issue. We promise to promptly and courteously handle your request.

We will either reship or replace the item free of charge with another of equal or greater value or make arrangements for you to return the remaining confections and refund your purchase price. We will happily pay for the shipping costs of any replaced or exchanged product via the same delivery method as the original order and ship as soon as possible, no later than in 3 days. Because our confectionery products are made with only the finest, freshest ingredients and are perishable, claims submitted without proper support may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please note, we regret not being able to offer replacements and/or refunds for shipping costs that are not related to replaced items due to quality issues, incorrect orders, incorrect or incomplete addresses, multiple delivery attempts, carrier failures, and shipments to P.O. Boxes or AP/EPO addresses.
