HOW ORDERS ARE SHIPPED

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). At checkout, the available shipping options for your order will be displayed.

Most orders placed before 11 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders that are placed after 11 AM EST will ship the next business day. Warm weather conditions in the recipient delivery area may also affect the shipping date. Please see the specifics below.

Some custom products are made to order and require additional shipping time. Products requiring additional shipping time will be clearly noted in the product description.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

During late spring and summer, special shipping and handling is required for heat sensitive shipments. This is an additional $6.00 per address from May 1st through August 31st. Additional insulated packaging and cold packs will be used so that your confections are sure to arrive in perfect condition.

Also, during hot weather, not all delivery methods may be available. At checkout, our site will provide the available options based on the recipient’s zip code. Due to the perishable nature of our products, these orders will ship via expediated 2nd Day or Next Day service for weekdays and Saturday Next Day Service for Saturday deliveries. Some Florida addresses may require these shipping restrictions all year long due to extended warm weather conditions.

WARM WEATHER GUARANTEE

All warm weather orders are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or melted, we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost to you.

SHIPPING METHODS

• USPS Priorty and UPS Ground orders placed before 11 AM EST will ship the same day and should arrive by the number of business days shown at checkout.
  
  
• 2nd Day - Orders placed before 11 AM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 2 business days. An order received after 11 AM EST, will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Wednesday may ship the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday.
  
  
• Next Day - Orders placed before 11 AM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day. An order received after 11 AM EST, will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday. PLEASE NOTE: As our products are perishable and we want them to arrive in perfect condition, we do not ship over weekends for arrival on Mondays.
  
  
• Saturday Delivery - Based on the shipping address provided, guaranteed Saturday deliveries may be available. If so, orders must be received by 11 AM EST on Friday in order to arrive the following Saturday.
