Warm-Weather No-Melt Express™ Shipping

From April 1 through October 15, heat-sensitive orders ship exclusively via our speedy No-Melt Express™ delivery service. Standard shipping is not available for heat-sensitive items during this period.

The listed price of every heat-sensitive item already includes No-Melt Express packaging and expedited delivery.

Heat-sensitive orders ship only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays according to the following schedule:

• Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. ET on Monday ship Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET on Monday through 11:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday ship Wednesday.
• Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday through 11:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday ship Thursday.
• Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday—or anytime Thursday through Sunday—ship the following Tuesday.

This schedule is designed to avoid weekend delays and help your order arrive fresh and melt-free.

Shipping Methods

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. ET typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET typically ship on the next available business day. At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping method.

Second-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. ET Monday through Wednesday typically ship the same day and are expected to arrive within two business days.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET ship on the next eligible business day. Orders placed after the cutoff on Wednesday—or anytime Thursday through Sunday—ship the following Monday for expected delivery on Wednesday.

Next-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. ET Monday through Thursday typically ship the same day and are expected to arrive the following business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET ship on the next eligible business day. Orders placed after the cutoff on Thursday—or anytime Friday through Sunday—ship the following Monday for expected delivery on Tuesday.

Weekend Shipping & Delivery

Because our products are perishable, we do not ship on weekends or schedule deliveries for Monday. This helps ensure your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
